 How long does it take for my order to ship?

If the product is a stock item ordered before 3:30 p.m. EST, the order will ship the same day that it is placed. Next day air orders can go as late as 5:00 p.m. EST. |

| Can I return an item?

Yes, if you need to return an item it is not a problem. We accept returns as long as the item is new and unused, which is considered to still be in original packaging with all instructions and literature that came with the order. |

| What if I have a defective part?

Not a problem. First call WCI and we will give you an RMA number for you to reference on your return. Credit will be given as soon as the manufacturer deems the part to be defective. |

| What if I need something that is not listed on the website?

Call! We have over 25,000 part numbers IN STOCK and over 150,000 part numbers in our system. If you don't see it we probably have it or worst case can get it to you in a hurry. |
